Sam Kwasman did an amazing job representing us throughout the short sale of our home. My wife and I were both unemployed during this horrible recession, and we could not afford our mortgage payments. We informed Sam that we did not want to incur any escrow fees or any other fees associated with the sale of our home. We told Sam that things are very tight and it would be quite a ridiculous request for anybody to ask us to pay for any inspection, repair or any part of any escrow when we are already selling our house for 50% of what we paid for it. Sam understood and said that he will do his best. He said that if at any time he can’t make that happen then we will have the ability to back out of the deal. Sam was amazing.
